Introduction to the Mighty Zambezi & Victoria Falls

Africa's undisputed "Adventure Capital", a World Heritage Site, a Natural Wonder of the World, the largest curtain of falling water on the planet. The mightiest white water rafting river in Africa.Beautiful scenery and natural formations.Good Game watching and Sports in one location.

Location

Located on the border of Zambia and Zimbabwe. The Zambezi River is a hotspot for all activities in one location: watersport, adventure, game viewing and one of the wonders of the world The Victoria falls.

History

Locally known as Mosi oa Tunya (the smoke that thunders), the name Victoria falls comes from the explorer and missioner David Livingstone, after years of travelling in the bush then suddenly standing in front of a great creation he was marvelled by the Falls and it volumes of water that he decided to name it after Queen Victoria.

This trip will be a 13 day trip overland in our 21 seater bus, fully airconditioned, comfortable with television on board.
